Electronic PCB assembly is the process of placing and soldering electronic components on a printed circuit board according to the BOM, PCB data and manufacturing documentation. SEMKO Elektronik evaluates PCB assembly requests together with the available project files so the commercial and technical scope can be clarified before quotation.
Why do accurate project files matter?
Board quantity, component packages, single or double-sided placement, SMD/SMT or THT requirements, special assembly notes and target timing all help build a clearer quotation. Details that are not yet defined can be reviewed during the technical evaluation stage.

You can attach BOM, Gerber, Pick & Place and related technical documents to the quotation form. This allows the request to be reviewed as a project rather than as a generic price enquiry. Final assembly capability, production method and timing are confirmed for each project.

Yes. You can select SMD/SMT, THT or mixed assembly, or request technical review when the assembly method is not yet clear. Applicability is confirmed per project.
Can I send a prototype PCB assembly request?+
You can mark the project type as prototype in the quote form. Final acceptance and technical suitability are confirmed after project files are reviewed.
Can I also request components from SEMKO?+
You can include component supply requirements and your BOM with the PCB assembly request. Supply availability is evaluated by part number and project conditions during quotation.
